At Frigidairer, we stand behind our products. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the order number and reason for return.
  • Tags and protective seals must remain intact.

Not eligible: Opened or used products (unless defective).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@frigidairer.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship Back: Use the prepaid label (for defects) or your own shipping method (for preference returns).


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective Products: We cover return shipping. A prepaid label will be emailed upon approval.
  • Change of Mind: You pay return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service.

No restocking fees apply.

4. Refund Process

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Funds are returned to your original payment method. Note: Banks may take 3-5 business days to post the refund.
  • Delays: Contact us at contact@frigidairer.com if your refund hasn’t posted after 7 business days.

5. Exchanges

For a different product:

  1. Return the original item for a refund.
  2. Place a new order on our website.

6. Order Cancellations

If we cancel your order due to stock issues or errors, a full refund will be issued immediately.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll resolve the issue via repair, replacement, or refund.
